Our customer belongs to an international group and has its Belgian office based in the North of Brussels.
Job Description
You are the first point of contact for coworkers and business leaders for all HR related questions
You oversee Onboarding and Offboarding processes
You provide guidance on performance management and advise on best practices with regards to people management processes (engagement, retention, succession, leadership coaching)
You are in charge of social relations and constantly seek for social peace and constructive relationships with staff delegation and Unions
You closely support business leaders in reaching their objectives and addressing their challenges
You have a proactive role when it comes to identifying potential challenges and develop relevant tactics, strategies and synergies to overcome them
The Successful Applicant
You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
You can demonstrate more than 10 years of experience in different fields of HR combined to a proven experience in social relations
You have a hands-on mindset and can manage your work autonomously
You show strong presentation and communication skills
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English
You are mobile in Belgium and enjoy working on a wide variety of HR projects
