As our receptionist, you''ll be the face of our boutique hotel. Get ready to greet guests with a warm welcome, a dash of humour, and a bucketload of charm. Your mission? To turn each check-in into a memorable performance and ensure our guests leave with smiles as big as their suitcases.
This position would be composed of the front office, participating in breakfast shifts at Made in Louise and Made in Catherine. Key Responsibilities:
Master of First Impressions: Be the guardian of our hotel, welcoming guests with your signature in a personalised way.
Guest Delight Guru: Anticipate guest needs before they even ask, and make their stay unforgettable with personalised touches and recommendations.
Concierge Extraordinaire: Act as a local guidebook and destination ambassador, offering tips and secrets about the best places to eat, explore, and dance the night away.
Problem-Solving Prodigy: Handle guest concerns with grace, turning frowns into laughs and complaints into compliments.
Home away from home: Treating the hotel like your home
Magic Organizer: Manage reservations, keep our lobby spick and span, and perform check-out wizardry with ease.
Made in Breakfast: you would be responsible for one day per week of breakfast, you would: Preparing the buffet
Welcoming guests, ensure they have an enjoyable moment
Master of service: on duty at Made in Catherine, you will help at the service.
