Voor één van de grootste en meest mission critical klanten, levert en onderhoudt Proximus een uiterst moderne, state-of-the-art technologie infrastructuur dewelke wordt ingezet ten behoeve van de uiteindelijke eindgebruikers, die hier 24/7/365 gebruik van maken in een mission critical context.
Een team van experten op verschillende technologiedomeinen zorgen ervoor dat de bestaande omgeving ten allen tijde operationeel kan blijven alsook voor de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën, evoluties en uitbreidingen in samenspraak met de klant.
Dit team werkt tijdens normale kantooruren vanuit de Proximus Torens in Brussel (naast Noord station), alsook in de locaties van de klant (centrale data centers of satellite offices verspreid over België).
Er is eveneens een 24/7 wachtdienst voorzien voor dringende incidenten met grote eindgebruikers impact.
Algemene beschrijving :
Je komt terecht in een multi-disciplinair team van technologie experts en zal daarin een rol opnemen binnen de eigen expertise om de bestaande oplossingen mee te ondersteunen, onderhouden en uit te breiden.
Daarnaast ben je ook "adviseur" van je technologie domein/expertise waarin de mogelijkheid bestaat om mee te werken aan toekomstige evoluties en innovaties.
Kennis en ervaring met meerdere van volgende technologie domeinen vereist:
· Cisco CCNP routing&switching + datacenter of hoger certified
· Diepgaande kennis van Cisco Nexus, Cisco routers en switches, Juniper JunOS
·Diepgaande kennis van switching protocols (spanning-tree, vlans, dot1q trunking, …)
· Kennis van allerhande security toestellen ( Checkpoint , Axs Guard, Palo Alto , Infoblox, Ironport, …))
·Ervaring en/of Gecertifieerd op F5 Big IP (LTM, APM, ASM)
· Ervaring met Bluecoat proxies
Kennis van NL (Moedertaal) + Frans (begrijpen) en Engels (good niveau).
De kandidaat zal ook worden onderworpen aan een NVO veiligheidsscreening. Om hiervoor in aanmerking te komen dient men minumum 5 jaar gedomicilieerd te zijn in Belgie alsook beschikken over een bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden.
Je bent een teamplayer, die zelfstandig prioriteiten kan leggen en binnen gestelde timings resultaten kan leveren.
Je hebt een passie voor ICT en bent bereid je continu bij te scholen met de laatste technologie evoluties.
Gestructureerde troubleshooting (ook onder stresserende omstandigheden) en probleem analyse vormen geen probleem, alsook overzichtelijke rapportering en documentaties.
Implementatie van (dikwijls grote en complexe) projecten zal eveneens tot het takenpakket behoren, inclusief het gestructureerd testen van nieuwe projecten en implementaties.
Gezien het regelmatige klantencontact is ook een positieve klantgerichtheid en -ingesteldheid een onontbeerlijke eigenschap.
