DynaFin is looking for a senior Test Manager with experience in Investments for one of our clients in the banking world.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure the testing activity, the description of test cases, their execution and reporting on the outcome, in close collaboration with the project team and squad.
Tasks
· Develop a comprehensive testing strategy at the squad level
· Estimate effort and plan testing activities
· Work closely with functional analysts and developers to define requirements and designs
· Prepare test conditions
· Execute test conditions and report any issues
· Automate specific test conditions
· Provide regular status updates
· Take full ownership of end-to-end testing for your squad
· Ensure focus on both technical and functional aspects of testing
Specifics for Agile Testing:
· Provide and execute just in time test cases for current sprint and not for the entire project
· Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint review meetings
Profile - A Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science
- At least 4 years of relevant experiences
- Able to elaborate test scripts and execute tests.
- Experience with test automation tools and test reporting tools. Cucumber, Gherkin, SoapUI
- Experience in investments.
- full proficiency in English, Dutch or French.
- Soft Skills: excellent leadership and communication skills, proactive, hands-on mindset, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-up skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
