Introductie
Als Group Tax Manager beheer je de fiscale aangelegenheden van deze internationale klant. Je zorgt voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving en biedt strategisch advies aan de organisatie. Met jouw visie en structuur heb je een echte impact op hun toekomstig fiscaal landschap. Je maakt deel uit van de Corporate Finance afdeling in Ninove. Sporadisch reizen maakt deel uit van de functie. Je rapporteert aan de Group Accounting Director.
Jobomschrijving
Je houdt overzicht op de fiscale zaken van het bedrijf, waaronder vennootschapsbelasting, latente belastingschuld, BTW en andere indirecte belastingen.
Je biedt strategisch & fiscaal advies aan de organisatie en zijn afdelingen zoals boekhouding, controlling, legal en taks. Je zorgt ervoor dat fiscale kwesties tijdig en efficiënt worden geïdentificeerd en aangepakt.
Je organiseert en bereidt de groep voor op Pillar Two taxatie.
Je herziet, actualiseert en houdt oog op het Transfer Pricing beleid van de groep en zorgt voor de juiste naleving.
Je identificeert fiscale stimulansen en volgt op, je kijkt naar eventuele mogelijke subsidies binnen de groep.
Je implementeert systemen en processen om belastingrisico's te identificeren en te beperken.
Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf in gesprekken met belastingautoriteiten, externe adviseurs en andere (externe) stakeholders.
