In het kader van de behoeftebepaling vorm je de interface tussen de key users en verschillende verantwoordelijken. Je werkt de procesanalyses en businessprocessen in detail uit en modelleert deze in functionaliteiten. Verder sta je in voor de opvolging en functionele ondersteuning van de ontwikkeling. Afhankelijk van het project worden de toepassingen ontwikkeld in een Scrum- of RUP-methodologie. Je volgt tevens de implementatie en levering op. Daarnaast assisteer je bij de opstelling van de gebruikershandleidingen en de opleiding van de gebruikers. Je behaalde een universitair diploma (Master Informatica / Burgerlijk Ingenieur Informatica, Handelsingenieur,...) en je kan terugblikken op een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van de analysemethoden (UML, …) en ontwikkelprocessen (...
