We’re looking for an enthusiastic, positive-spirited individual to create brand impact through local press, specialized media, and social media.
Main responsibilities As a whole, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our organization’s external communications strategy.
1. You’ll build and maintain great relationships with media outlets:
Identifying media opportunities and working together with the relevant teams to develop compelling content.
Successfully liaising with journalists from financial, specialized, and business media to set up interviews.
Tracking media coverage and share of voice and identifying areas of improvement.
2. You’ll coordinate the issuance of corporate press releases:
Setting them up in company PR platform (Business Wire, Agility)
Following up and reporting on coverage.
Collecting and coordinating Q&As
3. You’ll manage our social media accounts and give our corporate brand a real boost:
Designing a social media content plan that aligns with our communications strategy.
Owning the content calendar (AgoraPulse) and coordinating its contents together with regional team members.
Bringing both content and engagement to the next level.
4. As part of the Corporate Communications team and, being a good team player, you’ll also provide support for other projects and initiatives.
Qualification & skills You must have…
Bachelor's/master’s degree in communication, marketing, or journalism.
3+ years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent command of English.
Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management skills: prioritize and work within deadlines, work efficiently and effectively with internal stakeholders.
Flexible, agile, proactive, and simply a great team player!
You preferably have…
Good command of Dutch and French
Experience with Canva
Experience in using media platforms such as Meltwater or Agility
Experience in MS D365 CRM
