The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This is a critical role that will be responsible for driving the financial growth of the company in Belgium and across our international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion plans
Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the organization to support decision making.
Establish and maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards to optimize performance and mitigate risks
Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights to the executive team.
Manage relationships with external partners, including banks and auditors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and identify new growth opportunities
Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and tools to support the company’s rapid growth

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the technology and professional services industry.
Proven track record of managing financial and business operations and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Belgian financial regulations and laws.
Proficiency in English, Dutch, and/or French is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
Experience with ESOP, and working in a scale-up environment is a plus.
