Reason for the role

As Robovision continues to pioneer the AI vision technology sector, the introduction of a Head of Marketing role has become crucial.

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing and guiding our marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment with our business objectives. The role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation, poised to lead a talented and functional team. This team includes content producers, a performance marketer, an event manager, a founder marketer, a social media manager, an ads manager, and a demand generation specialist.

Collaborating closely with our heads of product and market development, the Head of Marketing will spearhead the crafting of impactful campaigns, drive lead generation efforts, and ensure our marketing initiatives are data-driven and meticulously organised.

What will you do?

Leadership and Strategy: Spearhead the marketing department, setting and achieving strategic goals aligned with business objectives. Ensure the marketing strategy is data-driven and focuses on ABM and demand generation.

Team Management: Oversee a diverse team, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities. Ensure tasks are allocated effectively, and team members are empowered and motivated.

Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, focusing on ABM strategies and demand generation to drive leads and support business growth.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilise data analytics to monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing within the organisation, ensuring clear communication and alignment with other teams such as SDR, sales, HR & market development.

Who are you?

Extensive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong background in ABM and demand generation.

Proven ability to lead and develop a marketing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.

Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

A minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles at companies that sell software to large enterprise customers

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using analytics tools to inform marketing strategies.

We strongly prefer candidates with a proven track record of building knowledge of products, markets, and the narratives we produce to increase the autonomy and velocity of the marketing team.

Demonstrating measurable contributions to growth via marketing campaigns in previous roles is a definite plus.
